Transitions Adoption Agency, Inc. is a licensed domestic adoption agency in the state of Pennsylvania that has been providing caring and ethical adoption services since 2000.  We can work with people all throughout the United States.  Our founder has worked in adoption for over 30 years. The personal and professional adoption experience of our staff acts as a lens that guides the agency’s operations.  We are available to our birth and adoptive families any time they need us, both now and in the future.   You will never be a number at Transitions Adoption Agency. That means we listen to you, learn your story, and do our best to answer every phone call. It is important to us that you feel supported whether you are a pregnant mother exploring an adoption plan, or whether you are someone wishing to adopt.  We hope you’ll find comfort in talking with our warm and kind staff.

We are named Transitions Adoption Agency, because adoption is one of the most important transitions you will face in your life.  We wish to come alongside and offer you the tools to help you successfully face this transition with confidence and hope.  On all sides of the adoption, it is a season of uncertainty. Just as our logo depicts, we want you to look forward with hope that soon enough you’ll see a new season of your life, just over the horizon.  Just like a tree, your roots can be firmly planted so that through this season of life you will not just survive, but look forward to one day being able to thrive. While the journey is different for a birth family and an adoptive family, both are facing hardship, and both need strength and courage to achieve their goals.
